The Business Grows.Your management must too.
Alongside founders, we structure decisions, leadership and results — generating more value continuously.
Evolving is a choice.
For those who built a company from scratch, there comes a moment when the greatest evolution is no longer in the product, the market, or the team — it is in how the company is managed.
The entrepreneur who got here did everything right. And that is precisely why the next step is the hardest: changing what has always worked.
The question nobody asks out loud: why isn't your company generating more value than it does today?
Oria exists to accompany this transition. We bring experience from those who have been inside Brazil's largest organizations and the continuous presence of those not satisfied with just giving recommendations. We want to see results happen.
If you identify with this, the time has come.
You've reached a point where you're no longer advancing.
The business has grown. But with it came harder decisions, too many priorities, and a constant feeling that the company demands more and more while delivering less value than it should.
You're scaling fast and everything still runs through you.
Decisions pile up and the team that should solve problems brings them back to you instead.
You're solving everything alone.
And you know you shouldn't be. The problem isn't dedication, it's that the structure still doesn't allow others to own what is theirs.
You've grown and lost control of what you built.
The company is bigger. The management hasn't kept up.
You know you need to do things differently — and don't know where to start.
What worked until now won't work for the next stage. The direction isn't clear yet, and the feeling of being in the wrong place starts to weigh on you.
You're not sure your team is ready for the company's next chapter.
The company has evolved. Leadership hasn't always kept the same pace. And the lingering question: are the right people in the right places for what comes next?
It's not a lack of dedication. It's a lack of management structure for the stage the company is at.
If you want to build an organization that creates value without depending solely on you, this is exactly the conversation we're here to have.
Talk to an AdvisorContinuous presence. Unlocking value for your business.
Continuous Presence
We stay while the change happens, accompanying the evolution and unlocking value for the business.
Method and solutions for business evolution
Over 25 years of experience applied specifically to your business.
Few clients, high depth
Each client is unique. We serve few clients so we can go deep into their challenges.
Advisory is continuous presence.
The advisor accumulates the context of the business: knows the partners, understands the culture, follows decisions at the moment they need to be made. Not in specific meetings. Not in the next contracted project.
At Oria, we stay by your side while the change happens. Regular meetings, problems faced when they appear, direction and value built together with whoever leads the business.
That's why we work with few clients. What we offer requires depth — and depth requires presence.
Five dimensions. A company that creates value.
The Advisory begins with a Business Diagnostic across 5 dimensions. It is the map that reveals where the company is stuck and what needs to change first.
Strategic Clarity
Knowing where to go — and what to stop doing to get there.
Decision Architecture
The right decisions, made by the right people, at the right time.
Management Cadence
The rhythm that transforms what was decided into real results.
Senior Leadership
Managers who truly lead, so the founder doesn't have to lead everything.
Results System
Value levers that the entire company understands and knows how to pursue.
A journey. Each company at its own pace.
There is no single entry point. The journey begins where your company is — and advances as it makes sense.
Partner Immersion
One day with senior leadership for moments of disruption, shareholder decisions, or strategic shifts. Clarity before any move.
1 dayBusiness Diagnostic
Six weeks mapping the 5 dimensions. You leave with a 12-month plan: clear priorities, defined owners. The natural entry point to Advisory.
6 weeksOngoing Engagement
Oria's core. Continuous accompaniment, guided decisions, value generation. We stay by your side while the change happens.
Minimum 6 monthsHands-on experience. Real presence.
Oria's advisors don't arrive with ready-made frameworks or answers before the questions. They come with the experience of those who have been inside companies that went through the same transitions we accompany today.
They know what it means to make decisions with incomplete information. To lead a team that is still being formed. To grow too fast, lose control, and find the way back.
This is the repertoire that stands beside the founder. Not as an observer, but as a partner.

Márcia Moretti
Partner
Márcia has over 24 years accompanying growing companies through critical transitions: from rapid growth to maturity, from reorganization to scale.
She was an executive at Falconi, where she led strategic planning, organizational transformation, governance and scale projects at companies such as AB InBev, XP Investimentos and Stone.
She led international projects in Governance, Innovation and Sales in the USA and Europe. She has experienced innovation from the inside: she entrepreneured in a technology startup, completed training in innovation and startup ecosystems in Israel, and served as mentor and consultant to early-stage companies.
She brings to Oria the vision that innovation, digital transformation and business exponentiality are not trends — they are concrete value levers that every growing company needs to learn to operate.

Alexandre Lunkes
Partner
Alexandre has over 25 years accompanying mid-sized and large companies in governance, management and value creation decisions. He was a partner and executive at Falconi, leading projects across more than 20 industries including food (BRF), energy (Raízen), metals (Gerdau), sanitation, retail, financial, education, media and agribusiness.
He structured international operations in Central American countries, led the setup of a private equity fund and enabled a strategic partnership with the UN Global Compact for ESG value creation. He also worked as an entrepreneur and investor in joint ventures with US-based companies.
This career — always connecting operational and financial premises to value creation — is what he brings to Oria: the conviction that well-structured governance and management are not a cost. They are the primary driver of growth.
